THG personal chefs state "We provide  customized, caring services to our clients with healthy, delicious and safe foods, cooked on-site in our clients' kitchens on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis for a per-service fee + the cost of groceries. Grocery shopping is included for full Personal Chef In-home service. Meals are prepared/cooked with the freshest ingredients, packaged, labelled with complete re-heating instructions & stored in the refrigerator or freezer. We also may serve a "fresh" meal on the cook day." 

We cook tasty meals but with emphasis on lowering fat, salt and sugar content in the recipes. We can customize your favorite dishes whether your meal preferences may be:

All  locations must have a functional kitchen with a working kitchen sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator and adequate counter/working space. Dishwasher appreciated but optional. Chef needs access to venue on the morning of the cook day.

All personal chef services & In-Home special catering events must be booked/confirmed at least one week in advance.  A Food Questionnaire can be downloaded from this page and completed/emailed back

to us in order for us to customize your menu/meals. Customization is at the heart of the service we provide for you.

Do I have to be home while you are there?

-No. However, special arrangements are required for our chefs to enter and leave on the cook days. We respect your property and value your relationship.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

-No. We provide an affordable, convenient and valuable service to you. It is totally your decision whether you would like to have a long term contract. You are welcome to try our service just once, or continue on one of the service plans we offer that suits your lifestyle.
